What we collect

Only what you type into the visit or enquiry form: your name, mobile number, and - if you give them - your email, pincode, the plan and crops you are interested in, the day you would like to visit, how many people are coming, and any note you add.

Browsing this site does not create an account and stores nothing about you. The calculators, the area checker and the plant guide run in your browser.

Why

To call or message you about the visit or plot you asked about, and to arrange it. We do not use your details for anything else, and we do not sell or share them with anyone outside Shravya World.

Who sees it

The Shravya World team who look after farm enquiries. Your request is stored in our database on Google Firebase, where access is limited to those staff accounts.

How long we keep it

For as long as we are talking to you about a visit or a plot. If nothing comes of it, we delete the request within 12 months. If you lease a plot, we keep your details for as long as you are a member.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to be contacted, at any time. Write to support@shravyaworld.org. For a complaint about how your data was handled, write to our grievance officer, Shravya Mishra, at support@shravyaworld.org.
